  • When Is My Rent Due And What Are My Payment Options?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late as of the close of business on the 5th day of each month. Please refer to your move in packet received at your lease signing for rent payment options.

    Can I Sublease The Property?

    Not without written consent from management.

    What Happens If My Roommate Moves Out Before The End Of The Lease?

    Notice must be given to management immediately. The remaining tenant will be responsible for the entire rent amount. In order to secure a new roommate, approval must be granted by management.

    Should I Decide To Vacate The Property, When And How Should I Give My Notice?

    Please refer to your lease for specific terms pertaining to your agreement. Most of our leases require a minimum 30 day written notice of your intent to vacate prior to the 1st day of the following month.

    How Do I Submit A Routine Maintenance Request Or Emergency Repair?

    Residents with an active Resident Portal may submit requests through the work order tab. Also, we have a designated phone line for for any emergencies or repairs, please call (864)-525-1512.

    Can I Be Charged For Maintenance At The Property?

    Yes, if the damage or repair is due to the lack of maintaining the property or resident's negligence. Please call the office with questions regarding your repair.
